Company Profile – Pharmco Industries (Pvt) Ltd

Established in 2002, Pharmco Industries (Pvt) Ltd began its journey as a manufacturer of toilet soaps for the Sri Lankan market. The company initially launched its own brand, “Zinal,” and soon expanded operations by partnering with leading multinational companies for contract manufacturing.

Pharmco was awarded major production contracts, including:

1. Dettol toilet soap for Reckitt Benckiser
2. Sunlight laundry soap for Unilever Sri Lanka

In 2010, Pharmco diversified its portfolio by signing a manufacturing agreement with Godrej Household Products Lanka (Pvt) Ltd to produce the well-known Cuticura talcum powder.

Recognizing the decline in the laundry soap category, the company strategically exited the soap manufacturing business in 2017 and transitioned fully into contract manufacturing for Godrej.

Today, Pharmco Industries (Pvt) Ltd operates two specialized manufacturing facilities dedicated to:

   3. Godrej Hair Dye range
   4. Mosquito coil premix production

Driven by innovation and continuous growth, Pharmco is also expanding into advanced industrial equipment solutions, including generators, air conditioners, massage chairs, and a range of other emerging technologies.
